PSW Main Activity
We have a team of professional personal support workers that provide direct personalized care to clients who have care needs that are defined. They provide care for clients or
• -- Assist person(s) with activities of daily living This includes feeding, lifts and transfers, bathing, skin care, oral hygiene, and toileting.
• --Perform delegated tasks delegated by an RHP in compliance with the RHPA for which transfer of functional training has been completed Delegated tasks can include the insertion of a digit or instrument into a body cavity, care or procedure under the dermis, and any task or skill needing a physician’s prescription.
• -- Assist with medication and medication reminders For a person(s) in accordance with the established employer or government policy.
• -- Perform light housekeeping duties Duties include sweeping and mopping floors, vacuuming, washing dishes, and doing laundry.

RPN Main Activity
• Ensure that residents are being taken care of according to their needs and following any medical instructions from their physicians accurately and compassionately
• Observe and report on symptoms and overall conditions of residents
• Assist in the planning and development of resident care plans
• Supervise other nursing staff and personal support workers who are assigned to a specific wing or unit
• Work together with the rest of the staff to ensure that the nursing home runs smoothly and that residents receive outstanding around-the-clock care

Registered Nurses (RN)
De-Elite Care Registered nurses (RNs) often wear many hats daily to treat their patients.
RNs assess and identify patients’ needs, then implement and monitor the patient’s medical plan and treatment. They also ensure that patient care is conducted according to the policies and standards of their employer, whether that is a hospital or another facility.
Working as a healthcare team member, the De-Elite care RN provides a wide range of patient services, including preventative and primary care, educating patients about disease prevention, operating medical equipment, and administering medications.
RNs’ Duties and Responsibilities
• Conduct physical exams to assess patient health needs and problems.
• Implement physicians’ orders, perform treatments, start IVs, administer medications, and interpret special tests.
• Administer direct care to injured, disabled, ill, or convalescent patients.
• Review and maintain medical records.
• Implement and develop nursing care plans.
• Counsel patients and family members on disease prevention and health maintenance.
• Order and evaluate diagnostic tests to assess patients’ conditions and needs.
• Supervise the work of licensed practical nurses, PSW, and assistants.
• Educate patients about their medical conditions and treatment plans.
• Maintain a safe, hygienic working environment.
• Prepare rooms and medical equipment and decontaminate instruments.
• Provide emotional and psychological support.
