All care staff is recruited & vetted in strict accordance with requirements laid down by the Ontario government and Canada at large.\u00a0 All staff adheres to the Ontario Code of Conduct for caregivers & undergo checks by the Disclosure and Barring Service at the Enhanced level prior to being assigned to work. All Qualified Health Care Workers are checked.<\/p>

We also confirm any training already received and verify certification.<\/p>
